  • Mumma's Oil is best applied after a shower/bath when your skin is still slightly damp as our skin absorbs oils better when slightly damp and locks in the extra moisture. However, it can also be applied to dry skin. Massage gently into the skin in circular motions.

  • Yes, not only can you continue, we recommend it! Your body is recovering from carrying your beautiful bub and keeping up your pregnancy skincare routine is a vital part of this.
