ACACIA SENEGAL GUM & XANTHAN GUM
Acacia Senegal Gum is a natural thickener derived from Acacia trees in sub-Saharan Africa. It helps improve the smooth feel and viscosity of skincare formulations.
Xanthan Gum is a naturally derived thickening agent produced through sugar fermentation. It helps stabilise emulsions and gives our moisturisers and cleansers their gel-like consistency. While it doesn’t directly benefit the skin, it plays an important role in creating products that feel luxurious and easy to apply (because nobody wants a watery moisturiser).
ALOE VERA
Aloe Vera extract is derived from the succulent Aloe Vera plant. It is well known for its soothing properties and its ability to calm skin inflammation, redness and irritation.
APRICOT KERNEL OIL
Apricot Kernel Oil is cold-pressed from apricot seeds, producing a rich golden oil. It is valued for its nourishing and softening properties and its ability to absorb deeply into the skin.
ARGAN OIL
Pressed from the kernels of Moroccan Argan trees, Argan Oil is rich in Vitamin E and essential fatty acids. It deeply moisturises both skin and hair, helping to soften dry areas and improve overall skin texture.
B
BENTONITE
Bentonite is a mineral-rich clay known for its absorbent properties. It helps draw excess oil and impurities from the skin and is believed to have a calming effect.
BENZYL ALCOHOL & DEHYDROACETIC ACID
This preservative system is free from parabens, isothiazolinones and formaldehyde. Benzyl alcohol occurs naturally in some essential oils. Together, these ingredients help protect products from bacteria, mould and fungal growth.
BIS-DIGLYCERYL POLYACYLADIPATE-2 (Vegan Lanolin)
A plant-derived alternative to lanolin, this ingredient enhances glide and improves spreadability. It also forms a protective barrier on the skin to help lock in moisture.
BORAGE SEED OIL
Derived from Borago officinalis, Borage Seed Oil is rich in Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Research has shown it may help support the skin barrier in conditions such as cradle cap, which is why it features in our For Bub range.

CALENDULA EXTRACT
Extracted from marigold flowers, Calendula is rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C. It helps soothe irritated skin and support hydration, making it ideal for sensitive skin formulas.
CAMELLIA SEED OIL
Sourced from Camellia oleifera, this lightweight oil is rich in Vitamins A, B and E, as well as zinc and squalene. It absorbs quickly and leaves skin feeling smooth and hydrated.
CAPRYLYL/CAPRYL GLUCOSIDE
A gentle, plant-derived surfactant that helps oils and water blend together. It enhances foaming in cleansers while remaining mild on the skin.
CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDES (MCT Oil)
Derived from coconut oil and glycerine, this lightweight emollient improves spreadability and helps prevent moisture loss.
CASTOR SEED OIL
Extracted from castor beans, this thick oil is rich in ricinoleic acid. It provides moisturising, soothing and anti-inflammatory benefits, making it ideal for barrier creams.
CETEARYL ALCOHOL & CETEARYL GLUCOSIDE
Cetearyl Alcohol is a fatty alcohol that thickens and stabilises creams while improving skin feel. Unlike drying alcohols, it helps soften skin.
Cetearyl Glucoside is a naturally derived emulsifier that allows oil and water to combine smoothly.
Together, they form an effective oil-in-water emulsifying system.
CITRIC ACID
Naturally found in citrus fruits, Citric Acid helps adjust product pH to support the skin’s natural barrier function.
COCAMIDOPROPYL BETAINE
A coconut-derived surfactant used in cleansers to gently remove dirt and impurities while enhancing lather.
CRANBERRY EXTRACT
Rich in Vitamins A, C and E and essential fatty acids, Cranberry Extract helps support skin elasticity and defend against environmental stressors.
CUCUMBER SEED OIL
