How long will muy order take?

Where is my order?

Please check your shipping confirmation email from us, it will contain your tracking number which you can use to find the location of your order.

If you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder, or alternatively you can email us at support@mamave.com.au and we will do our best to determine the location of your parcel.
What if I'm not completely satisfied with my order?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, please email us at support@mamave.com.au, return your parcel to us and we will organise a refund/exchange if it is within 30 days of your purchase, once the order has been received. For all the info on our returns/refunds policy please clickhere.
What is the ingredients in my product?

At Mamave, we love to be completely transparent about each ingredient in our products. If you're unsure about a particular ingredient, check out our ingredients glossary for more info. If you're still unsure, we may even have a blog about that particular ingredient that deep dives into it's origins/benefits etc!

My parcel/order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order has arrived damaged, please email us at support@mamave.com.au with photos, your order number and any info about the damage caused and we will send out a new parcel/product or issue a refund.
How can I contact Mamave?

How do I use a discount code?

When checking out, a box will appear to enter a discount code, simply pop it in and your discount should be applied. If you are having any issues with this, please email us at support@mamave.com.au, or chat with us online using our chat widget.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only use ONE discount code per order.
Are your products vegan/cruelty free etc?

All of our products are vegan, cruelty free (we NEVER test on animals), free from nasties (e.g. SLES/SLS, parabens, nut oils/products, artificial fragrance/colours and petroleum products)
