Australia
Typically, standard parcels take 3-5 business days to arrive when shipped from our Melbourne site. Express parcels usually arrive within 1-2 business days.
International
Generally, international orders can take up to 12-14 business days depending on your location.
All of our products are vegan, cruelty free (we NEVER test on animals), free from nasties (e.g. SLES/SLS, parabens, nut oils/products, artificial fragrance/colours and petroleum products)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time of receipt...no strings attached.
Please email us at support@mamave.com.au within the 30-day time frame if you are not completely satisfied so we can resolve any issues regarding your order.
